Landscape is the canvas on which mans interventions in nature are recorded. Within this particular landscape we can see dramatic confrontations between these two forces. The result is a partial uncovering of a complex geological history. A chaotic and erratic process accidentally magnified by the mining industry into an amazing abstract playground. At the present time a fragile and beautiful equilibrium between natural components and industrial heritage sustain and exist alongside one another in Parys Mountain.
